I’m Branden, a Business Commerce Marketing graduate from York University who is passionate about all things creative. I abide by a personal brand mantra known as ‘4M’ where all of my past, present and future endeavors are marketing, music, martial arts and mentorship-related.

Why Marketing?

I first knew that I wanted to pursue a marketing and advertising-based career since high school (15 to be exact). Inspired by how mass media and a pinch of creativity could influence perception and decision making, I was influenced to want to study business, and specifically marketing for my education and career of choice.

What am I looking for?

(Digital) Coordinator/Specialist experience. I understand that such positions offer an interesting set of responsibilities which overlap well with my skill set (this could be a slight nudge to check out my experience…), and which I have been exposed to many times through work and volunteering. Besides, roles that mix data and creative are fun!

What do I do for fun?

When not on the job, you’ll probably find me playing my alto, tenor, and/or soprano saxophones (depending on the gig!) when sitting in and subbing for various R&B, Soul, or Jazz (big) bands around the Greater Toronto Area, or regularly practicing martial arts at the Northern Karate Schools Steeles location. I wasn’t kidding about the 4M mantra!
